Our Story
From a repair apprentice
to his own atelier
Tips & Needles began with a pair of hands learning to repair. Founder Pan apprenticed at the repair workshop of a top French luxury leather house, taking apart and restoring one designer piece after another, day after day. Those years taught him what craft truly means: patience, and an obsession with detail.
In 2021 he founded Tips & Needles in Kwai Hing, Hong Kong, handling everything himself — from selecting materials and design to production and welcoming each client. He believes leather is a material with memory, deserving of the most devoted craftsmanship.
